My goal:
- To see if I can go a month without eating any fast food of any kind. So that means no What-A-Burger, Mc Donalds, Wendys, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, Jack in the box, ect.
- If it is a Chain food restaurant (sit down restaurant) i will order the healthiest food on the menu. It is rude to just sit there and not eat so i will order the healthiest thing they have.
- Cut out soda unless I am sick then it will be sprite or ginger ale.
- Not buy so much food on my lunches. So no like Deli fast foods or Microwave foods.
- Eat more fruit and home cooked meals (I hear they are better for you lol)
I also hope it will become a habit of eating right and I wont have to think about it as often as I have to now. I will be posting every week on here to tell you guys how it is going and if im doing alright. I will tell you what I am craving and ask for some advice.
Lets see if I can do this!
